Samuel Hajibai has been named the CUNYAC/Hospital for Special Surgery Men’s Tennis Player of the Week for the week of 3/10 to 3/16. In his singles match against CCNY, the sophomore defeated his opponent 6-0, 6-0. With doubles partner David Alabo, the duo beat their Beaver opponents 8-1. His most important contest came in a doubles match against St. Joe’s, where he and partner Allen Meyerovich were challenged but prevailed in a 9-7 win to keep the team’s undefeated streak alive.
