Hivelize Escobar has been named the CUNYAC Community College Women's Athlete of the Week for the week of 1/13-1/20. The freshman led the Broncos last week to two regional victories to even BCC's overall record to 6-6. Her outstanding all-around play has improved the entire team performance as well. In addition to the stellar numbers she has put up, Escobar's teammates have been getting more involved and many have seen an increase in their contributions.
