Desmevar Destin has been named the CUNYAC/US Army Men's Track & Field Rookie of the Week for the week of 1/13 to 1/20. Destin has had an amazing rookie season and this continued at the GBTC Invitational in Boston, MA. The freshman placed third in the triple jump (12.83 meters) and fourth in the long jump (6.44) meters. Both performances qualified him for the CTC Championships.
