Destin Desmevar has been named the CUNYAC/US Army Men's Track & Field Rookie of the Week for the week of 12/2-12/8. The rookie made an impact in just his first collegiate competition, coming in second in the triple jump with a 13.61 meter performance, qualifying him for the ECAC Championships. His 6.50 meter mark in the long jump also qualified him for the CTCs.
