Julia Sung has been named the CUNYAC/Applebee's Women's Swimming & Diving Athlete of the Week for the week of 11/11-11/17. In the Bearcats' only meet this week, which was a tri-meet the Flushing native finished atop of her competition in all three of her participating events. The fourth year swimmer and her teammates finished the 200 yard medley relay in 1:56.06, besting two division II schools Adelphi University and Queens College. In the senior's other two events, she swam the 200 yard individual medley and 100 yard breaststroke finishing them in 2:16.77 and 1:10.54. The Bronx Science alumni continued to stay undefeated in all of her individual events, helping the Baruch Women's Swimming and Diving team beat Queens College 61-54 and Adelphi University 55-51.
