Ben Bangoura has been named the CUNYAC/Applebee's Community College Men's Athlete of the Week for the week of 9/30 – 10/6. In two games this week the second year player scored a pivotal goal and lead the defense in an undefeated week for the Broncos. In a regional matchup against OCC, Bangoura pushed up the field from defense to net the game winning goal for the Broncos. Their second game of the week was against conference opponent BMCC, where the Bronx native led the defense against the Panthers. Since switching from midfielder to defense, the sophomore has fortified Bronx's defense by limiting scoring chances.
