Nicole Flint has been named the CUNYAC/Applebees Softball Pitcher of the Week for the week of 4/1 – 4/7. The captain pitched in five games during the week and logged 27.0 innings. The senior allowed 15 hits (only one extra base hit), seven runs (four earned), four walks while striking out 21. The Brentwood native recorded a 1.33 ERA and went 3-2. In a win over CUNYAC opponent John Jay, Flint threw a complete game one hitter and struck out nine. Three days later in a doubleheader against Brooklyn, Flint picked up two victories and pitched a combined 12 shutout innings, allowing six hits and striking out eight. Baruch went 4-3 for the week and improved its CUNYAC record to 4-0.
