Joseph Cali has been named the CUNYAC/MCU Baseball Rookie of the Week for the week of 3/25 – 3/31. The award marks his second consecutive Rookie of the Week honor. The freshman standout pitched seven innings for a complete game shutout against conference opponent CCNY. In the 9-0 victory over the Beavers, he gave up just 5 hits while striking out two.
