Christine Bowman has been named the CUNYAC/Applebees Softball Rookie of the Week for the week of 3/18 – 3/24. The Virginia native threw 6.0 innings, allowing six hits, two runs, two walks and struck out three in a complete game victory. The freshman helped her own clause at the plate, going 2-for-2 with 2 RBI’s. Bowman helped the Bearcats win their first game of the season.
