Bria Fisher has been named the CUNYAC/Con Edison Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week for the week of 1/7-1/13. In CCNY's two games for the week, the forward averaged a double-double with 12 points and 10.5 rebounds per game. In the 54-53 victory over York, Fisher had six points, one rebound, and shot and incredible 75% from the field. In CCNY's 61-34 win over Lehman, the freshman recorded career highs in points and rebounds with 18 points and 20 total rebounds. For the Elmont native, this is the fourth time in the 2012-2013 season Fisher has received this award.
