Vanessa Toro-Plaza has been named the CUNYAC/Emblem Health Women’s Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week. The junior swam in the 69-26 victory over Lehman. In the 50 yard freestyle she placed first with a time of 29.24. She followed that up with another individual victory in the 100 yard freestyle with a 109.84. Her day ended in the 200 yard freestyle relay with a split of 29.53.
