Shae-Quana Brathwaite has been named the CUNYAC/Applebee’s Female Athlete of the Week for the 2012-2013 season after her outstanding debut. The guard registered 19 points against Orange Community College. The freshman shot an impressive 42% from the field. On the defensive side, the Brooklyn native grabbed 3 rebounds, had 2 steals and 1 block. Brathwaite will look to continue her excellent start.
