The southpaw picked up victories in both of his starts last week and is now 4-1 on the season. The Amsterdam, NY native tossed a one-hit shutout and fanned 11 batters in his 7.0 inning masterpiece versus Baptist Bible (4/13). The sophomore followed that up with a complete-game, 7-6 victory, over conference rival John Jay (4/17). The Fonda-Fultonville graduate was overpowering at times, fanning a season-high 15 batters and allowing just four hits. He’s whiffed 45 batters in 35.0 innings of work this season.
