Samantha Dias has been named the CUNYAC/Applebee's Women's Soccer Rookie of the Week. The Team Captain had two goals, and one assist on just four shots this week. The defender contributed to scoring plays in all three games this week as Lehman went 2-1. Beginning the week against Brooklyn, Dias scored the only goal of the game as the Lightning won 1-0 over their conference opponents. In the following game against Polytech, she scored a goal on her only shot of the game as Lehman won handily 5-1. She finished out the week assisting one of the two Lightning goals against Mount St. Vincent.
