Pitching in three games this week, Marie Oneto picked up two wins in a sweep against New Rochelle for the Brooklyn Bulldogs. The sophomore from Brooklyn went 2-1 for the week with a 2.33 ERA, striking out 13 batters while walking just on in just 12 innings of work. Oneto started her week striking out 10 of New Rochelle’s batters over six innings while surrendering just one hit in the doubleheader sweep. The Bulldogs’ softball team will return to action May 2 for the start of the CUNYAC/Applebee’s Championship Tournament facing off against #5 Lehman in the playoffs.
