Competing at the Richard Stockton Invitational this week, Jasmine Springer earns herself a CUNYAC/US Army outdoor track and field athlete of the week nod after her third place finishes. Springer started off the meet in the 100 meter dash event where she recorded a time of 13.31, placing her third in the event. The junior went on to record a 4.85 meter leap in the long jump which gained her another third place finish. The Bronx native and Lightning squad will return to action Saturday, March 31 at the FDU Knights Invitational.
