Rookie of the week Maria Mantagas hit .500 (3-6) for the week with an RBI and a run scored in a doubleheader split over Farmingdale State College. In the Bulldog’s lone victory for the week, the rookie went 2 for 4 from the plate with an RBI and scoring the game winning run in the 5-4 victory over Farmingdale. The freshman also had a .500 on base percentage and a .500 slugging percentage for the week.
