Kaitlyn Flynn earns her first CUNYAC/Applebee’s Softball Player of the Week award following her performances in the Dolphin’s 2-0 week with conference victories over Lehman College. In the doubleheader sweep over the Lightning, the senior batted .714 scoring three and driving in three while swiping two bases. The Staten Island native started her week going 3 for 4 with a double and a run scored in the 9-0 victory. Flynn went on to go 2 for 2 in the second game with three RBI’s, two runs scored and a triple as the Dolphin’s took down the Lightning 11-3.
