Jackie Awosika totaled 57 points, 38 rebounds and 17 assists during Hostos’ 2-1 week against Rockland, Dutchess and Bronx Community College. The freshman guard had six points on 2-for-10 shooting with six rebounds in the loss against Rockland. She followed that performance scoring her week’s high of 27 points in the 59-30 win over Dutchess Community College, and having a double-double performance with 15 rebounds and five assists. Awosika registered a triple double-double performance in the conference win against Bronx CC with 24 points (9-for-20 FG), 17 rebounds and 11 assists in the 71-19 win.
