For the second consecutive week Staten Island’s Vladislav Romanov earns the top swimmer of the week award. In CSI’s lone meet of the week against conference opponent Brooklyn College, Romanov had first place finishes in all three of his events. The senior started the meet with a first place finish in the 200 medley relay with teammates, Danila Novikov, Yury Zimarev and Mitchell Lovell at a time of 1:53.36. Romanov went on to place first in the 1000 freestyle with a time of 10:33.66 and the 100 backstroke at 55.95 taking the CUNYAC victory. The Dolphins will continue their season in the New Year facing off against conference opponent York College on January 5.
