Brooklyn College senior Benjamin Ireland has been named the CUNYAC/US Army Men’s Cross Country Rookie of the Week, for the week ending September25th. Making his BC debut at the Hunter College 5K Developmental Meet this past Sunday, September 25th, Ireland recorded a 22nd place finish out of 146 runners with a time of 18:19. The Marcellus, NY native helped lead the Bulldogs to a sixth place finish in the field of 17 teams that competed in the meet.
