Meagan Cranston, the Brooklyn Bulldogs' freshman centerfielder was sharp in a doubleheader last week versus Hunter, helping the Bulldogs to a 9-9 tie (the game was called for darkeness).
In the first game of the doubleheader (the team's only contests for the week) , she had a pair of hits and scored a run in an 8-3 loss. In the tie, the St. Edmunds High School graduate again went 2-3 from the plate with a run scored and a run batted in, putting her average at .667 for the series, over .400 points higher than her season average to date.
